RT9365是高性能的白光LED驱动器，集成有多个恒流源和自动进行模式选择的电荷泵，通过使用x1/x1.5倍的电荷泵和低压差恒流源维持其高效率。它在使用锂离子电池驱动的白光LED应用中利用x1模式的低开环内阻和超低压差电流源的特性并尽可能扩展其工作于此模式下的时间来优化效率表现。</br>RT9365可对最多5只LED进行驱动，并可将流过它们的电流都调整到一致以获得同等的亮度，此电流受到一个4位DAC的控制，用户在EN端上施加一串脉冲信号即可实现其在1.25mA至20mA之间的调整，总共有16级电流参数可供选择。它的工作电压范围为2.8V至5V，有内部软起动电路可以有效减低启动期间和模式切换期间的输入电流冲击。在它停机不运作的时候，负载与V<sub>IN</sub>之间的电流连接是被切断了的，总的电流消耗也下降到低于1μA。</br>RT9365采用WQFN 3x3-16L封装。
