RT9468是适合可擕式应用的开关模式单节锂离子/聚合物电池充电器，集成了同步 PWM 控制器、功率开关、输入电流检测、高精准度电压调节和充电终止电路，充电电流通过整合感测电阻器调节，支援 USB On-The-Go (OTG) 应用。RT9468整合了易于使用的直接充电功能，只需驱动外部MOSFET，实现直接充电路径，以及过压保护、过流保护和watchdog功能。</br>RT9468以经过优化的控制策略进行不同模式下的充电速度调节，其模式包括预充模式及快充模式 (恒压与恒流)，所有关键的充电参数均可经过 I<sup>2</sup>C 介面进行程式设计。充电结束以后的电池电压下将到预设的阈值以下时，RT9468会重启充电流程以弥补其电能损失。当外部电源移除以后，RT9468自动进入睡眠模式以降低电池消耗。</br>它还具有欠压保护、过压保护、温度调节和反向漏电保护等功能。</br>RT9468封装为 WQFN-32L 4x4。</br>建议的接面温度范围为-40°C至125°C，而环境温度范围则为-40°C至85°C。
