RT9469是一款用于携带式应用的开关模式单节锂离子/聚合物电池充电器，它整合了同步PWM控制器、功率MOSFET、输入电流检测和调节以及高精准度稳压和充电终止电路。此外，通过整合的感测电阻来调节充电电流。RT9469还支援 USB On-The-Go (OTG) 应用。<br>RT9469以经过优化的控制策略进行不同模式下的充电速度调节，其模式包括预充模式、快充模式和恒压充电模式，所有关键的充电参数均可经过 I<sup>2</sup>C 介面进行程式设计。充电结束以后的电池电压下将到预设的阈值以下时，RT9469会重启充电流程以弥补其电能损失。当外部电源移除以后，RT9469自动进入睡眠模式以降低电池消耗。<br>它还具有欠压保护、过压保护、温度调节和反向漏电保护等功能。<br>RT9469采用小型WL-CSP-25B 2.52x2.52封装。
