RT9527J/JH/JA 是一款低成本单节锂离子电池充电器，适用于低充电电流应用。<br />RT9527J/JH/JA 可透过 AC 转接器或 USB 埠供电，并在电源移除时进入睡眠模式。它使用控制演算法最佳化充电，具备预充电、快速充电与恒压模式。此元件透过持续在恒压模式下运作，使电池维持在完全充电状态。充电电流可透过外部电阻调整。内部热回授会调节晶片温度，以在不同环境条件下最佳化充电速率。此元件支援最大 VIN 为 28V，并针对 AC 转接器输入具备欠压与过压保护。<br />RT9527J/JH/JA 采用 WDFN-8L 2x2 封装。建议接面温度范围为 −40°C 至 125°C，环境温度范围为 −40°C 至 85°C。
