RT9527L 是用于小电流充电应用的低成本单节锂离子电池充电器，它可以由交流电源转接器或USB埠供电，没有电源输入时则处于休眠状态。它以优化的演算法完成充电过程，可有预充电、快速充电和恒压充电多种工作模式，它会处于恒压充电模式直至电池充满条件达成为止。充电电流可用一只电阻进行设定。其内部热回馈电路通过对内核温度进行调节，使充电速率在任何环境温度下都处于最有状态。其输入端 VIN 的最高耐压能力为 28V，欠压保护和过压保护功能也集成于其中。其封装为 WDFN-8L 2x2。建议的接面温度范围为-40°C至125°C，而环境温度范围则为-40°C至85°C。
