RT9532 是高整合单节锂离子电池线性充电 IC，适合可擕式产品使用。它以优化的控制演算法完成充电任务，计有预充、快充和恒压充三种充电模式。其输入端最高耐压为 28V，当输入电压超过其过压保护阈值时，充电 MOSFET 开关被关闭，避免造成晶片过热的状况。最大充电电流由一只外部电阻进行设定。在用于 USB 应用时，可通过 EN/SET 端将电流设定为 100mA/500mA。在工厂模式下，RT9532 可容许 4.2V/2.3A 的输出以支援系统工作。它也提供一个 50mA 的低压差线性稳压器为周边电路供电。其内部热回馈电路对内核温度进行调节，使之在任何环境温度下都能以最佳速率进行充电。它具有输入端欠压保护、过压保护和针对电池的温度保护，其封装为 WDFN-10L 3x2。</br>建议的接面温度范围为-40°C至125°C，而环境温度范围则为-20°C至85°C。
