RT9610C 是可高频工作的双 MOSFET 驱动器，设计用于在同步 Buck 转换器中完成 MOSFET 驱动任务，尤其适合使用在需要高效率和卓越热性能的移动式计算应用中。当它和立锜科技的任何一款多相式 Buck PWM 控制器相遇时，即可为那些先进的 CPU 提供稳定的内核电源供应。</br>该驱动器可以极短的上升/下降时间和输出延时驱动输入电容高达 3nF 的开关。它采用自举式上桥驱动电路，应用中只需使用一只外接电容，降低了电路的复杂性，容许使用性能较高、成本较低的 N-MOSFET 。自动调整的上下桥贯通保护设计也被集成在其中，可防止两只 MOSFET 同时进入导通状态。</br>RT9610C 的封装是 WDFN-8L 2x2。
