RT9612A/B 是专为一般 MOSFET 驱动的应用和高性能 CPU VR 驱动能力设计的高频、同步整流的单相 MOSFET 驱动器，能使用于 V<sub>CC</sub> = 5V 或 V<sub>CC</sub>  = 12V 的应用。</br>RT9612A/B 内置一个内部电源开关来代替外部靴带式二极体。开关频率最高可达 500kHz。RT9612A/B 同时具有 UGATE 和 LGATE 的驱动电路，能支援同步整流 DC/DC 转换器的应用。驱动上升/下降时间皆在 30ns 之内，且击穿保护 (Shoot Through Protection) 是用来防止上下桥间功率开关的击穿现象。RT9612A/B 具有三态 PWM 输入和输入关机功能，可以强制驱动器输出变成高阻抗。</br>RT9612A <t0/>和 RT9612B 的差异为传播延迟，t<sub>UGATEpdh</sub>。相较于 RT9612B，RT9612B 有较大的 t<sub>UGATEpdh</sub>。因此，RT9612A 通常被推荐用于高功率密度 CPU VR 或 GPU VR 等，效率导向的应用。RT9612A/B 提供 SOP-8、SOP-8 (散热焊盘)、WDFN-8EL 3x3 和 WDFN-8L 2x2 封装。
