RT9614A是双输出的同步整流Buck转换器N-MOSFET驱动器，同时集成了代替外加自举二极体的功率开关，容许使用高性能MOSFET。</br>RT9614A可以高工作频率和很低的功率消耗驱动上下桥MOSFET开关，其工作电压范围与30V击穿电压的MOSFET相适应，具有应用的灵活性和扩展性。</br>RT9614A适合的VCC电压范围是4.5V~13.2V，上下桥驱动信号延迟时间约30ns，下桥驱动器下拉电阻约1.1Ω，可驱动极电容达 3nF的MOSFET开关以高达1MHz的频率工作，可应用于输入电压变化范围大、大电流、单相或多相DC/DC应用中为CPU内核、VGA内核供电。
