RT9416C是针对通用MOSFET驱动应用和高性能CPU电压调节器驱动应用的单相同步整流MOSFET驱动器，可在4.5V~13.2V电压供应范围内工作，可驱动功率级在5V~24V输入电压范围内工作。</br>RT9614C内建可替代外加自举二极体的电源开关，可支援高达500kHz的工作频率，包含可支援同步整流DC/DC转换器应用的上下桥驱动电路，包含输出端存在高电压时的OVP预保护功能和避免上下桥MOSFET开关直接导通的贯通预防功能。RT9614C具有PWM输入第三态时的关机功能和EN输入关机功能，这可强制UGATE和LGATE输出低电平信号。
