RT9614L 是一款适用于同步整流降压转换器的双通道 N 沟道 MOSFET 驱动器。该元件整合了电源开关，可取代外部自举二极体，从而降低系统成本与设计复杂度，并允许使用更高性能的 MOSFET。RT9614L 为高效能驱动器，能以低功耗驱动高侧与低侧 MOSFET 于高切换频率下运作。其工作电压相容于具有 30V 崩溃电压的 MOSFET，可提供更高的设计弹性及更广泛的应用范围。RT9614L 的闸极驱动电压由 VCC 脚位提供，范围为 4.5V 至 13.2V。高侧与低侧 MOSFET 的传播延迟皆约为 30ns，且低侧闸极驱动器具备 1.1Ω 下拉阻抗，可在相位节点高 dV/dt 切换期间防止直通电流损耗。RT9614L 可有效驱动 MOSFET 闸极，切换频率最高可达 1MHz，并支援高达 3nF 的闸极负载。因此，RT9614L 非常适合用于各种高输入电压、高电流以及单相或多相 DC/DC 转换器应用，例如 CPU 核心电压电源及 VGA 电源系统。建议接面温度范围为 -40°C 至 125°C，环境温度范围为 -40°C 至 85°C。
