RT9624A 是专为一般 MOSFET 驱动的应用和高性能 CPU VR 驱动能力设计的高频、同步整流的单相 MOSFET 驱动器。RT9624A 可提供 4.5V 到 13.2V 的VCC 。适用的功率级VIN范围为 5V 至 24V 。RT9624A 内置一个内部电源开关来代替外部靴带式二极体。RT9624A 开关频率最高可达 500kHz ，且同时具有 UGATE 和 LGATE 的驱动电路，能支援同步整流 DC/DC 转换器的应用。击穿保护 (Shoot Through Protection) 是用来防止上下桥间功率开关的击穿现象。RT9624A 具有三态 PWM 输入、关机和 EN 输入关机功能，可以强制驱动器输出低的 UGATE 和 LGATE 信号。RT9624A 封装为小尺寸 8 引脚封装，封装类型有：SOP- 8、SOP- 8 (裸露焊盘) 和 WDFN-8L 3x3 封装。
