RT9627A 是高频、双通道的 MOSFET 驱动器，设计用于在一个同步 Buck 转换器的两个通道中完成 MOSFET 驱动任务，尤其适合使用在需要高效率和卓越热性能的移动式电脑应用中。当它和立锜科技的任何一款多相式 Buck PWM 控制器相遇时，即可为那些先进的 CPU 提供稳定的内核电源供应。该驱动器可以极短的上升/下降时间和输出延时驱动高达 3nF 的负载。它集成了上桥的靴带式电路，应用中只需使用一只外接电容，这不仅降低了电路的复杂性，而且容许使用性能较高、成本较低的 N-MOSFET 。自我调整的上下桥贯通保护设计也被集成在其中，这可防止两只 MOSFET 同时进入导通状态。
