RT9650B 是一款高频、单相 N 通道 MOSFET 驱动器，专为同步整流驱动应用与高效能 CPU VR 驱动能力而设计。RT9650B 以低电压 (5V) 电源系统为基础，设计用于在高频应用中将驱动器切换损耗降至最低。RT9650B 具备 UGATE 与 LGATE 驱动电路，适用于同步整流 DC-DC 转换器应用。此外，RT9650B 内建低导通电阻的内部自举开关，以取代外部自举二极体，节省系统 BOM 成本。直通保护机制设计用于防止高侧与低侧功率 MOSFET 同时导通，以确保安全运作。针对电源系统中的关断与省电模式应用，此 IC 具备中间态 PWM 输入，可强制驱动器输出低电位 UGATE 与 LGATE 讯号。RT9650B 采用小尺寸 10-pin 封装，封装型式为 WDFN-10L 2x2。建议接面温度范围为 −40°C 至 125°C。
