RT9705B为一双通道输入单相输出的电源多工器，特别设计用来提供两个独立电源供应之间的无缝电压转换。配有由内部充电泵电路驱动的两个低R<SUB>DS(ON)</SUB> N-MOSFETs，RT9705B可提供1A输出电流且仅有80mV压降。手动或自动切换模式容易借由两个数位D1及D0输入选择，当两个D0和D1皆选取高，RT9705将进入关机模式并消耗最小的功率，使其成为理想适用于电池供电的设备。一个STAT引脚开漏输出提供指示开关状态。一个用户可编程高达1.25A的电流限制功能可用于在各种应用中最大的安全性。</br>RT9705B提供全面保护功能,包括可调节电流限制、过温保护、最小涌入电流的软启动功能、交叉传导保护及逆向传导保护，这些特点极大地简化电源多工设计。RT9705B提供TSSOP-8封装。
