RT9750是一款负载能力为6A的智慧负载开关式电池充电IC，其主体是一个由电荷泵电路提供控制电源、4个定电流/定电压调节回路控制、具有5种硬体保护措施的内部负载开关。其中还集成了一个8通道12位元的类比-数位转换器，可对电流、电压进行精确的测量，其转换结果可通过I<SUP>2</SUP>C序列介面进行上报以回馈电池充电参数。另外，它还提供了3种软体保护措施。
