RT9829 具有两个联合的延时复位输入(<span class="overline">SR0</span>, <span class="overline">SR1</span>)和一个用户可选的延时时间(t<sub>SRC</sub>，7.5s 或 12.5s)(典型值)设定输入端 DSR。当 DSR 与地相连时，t<sub>SRC</sub> = 7.5s(典型值)；当 DSR 与 V<sub>CC</sub> 相连时， t<sub>SRC</sub> = 12.5s(典型值)。它具有两个输出端，当两个复位输入均有效并且持续时间超过选定的 t<sub>SRC</sub> 时，它们同时进入输出有效状态。输出有效状态将持续至任一个或两个重定输入都进入无效状态时才结束，（因此，输出重定信号的时间是完全由输入信号所决定的，这意味着既没有固定的复位脉冲宽度，也没有最小复位脉冲宽度，就连上电复位脉冲也是没有的。）复位输出 <span class="overline">RST1</span> 是低有效的，是开漏输出；复位输出 RST2 是高有效的，为推挽输出。RT9829 的工作电压范围是 1.65V~5.5V。当 V<sub>CC</sub> 电压低于 1.575V （典型值）时，输入信号被忽略，输出信号被撤销。被撤销后的重定信号电平被降低到低达 1V。RT9829 的封装是小型的 WDFN-8L 2x2 (COL)。
