RT9834 是一款微功耗电压侦测器，具备去抖动手动重置输入，可监控微处理器 (μP) 或数位系统的电源供应电压位准。它提供内部固定临界值位准，并以每阶 0.1V 的增量，范围从 1.2V 至 5V，涵盖大多数数位应用。它具备 3μA 的低供应电流。当 V<sub>DD</sub> 电压低于预设临界值位准时，RT9834 会送出重置信号以执行监控功能。此重置信号会在 V<sub>DD</sub> 恢复前的整段期间内维持有效。一旦 V<sub>DD</sub> 恢复并上升越过临界值位准，重置信号会在一段延迟时间后解除。若要手动将重置信号拉低，只需将手动重置输入 (MR) 拉低至指定的 V<sub>IL</sub> 位准以下。RT9834 采用 SC-82 与 <br />SOT-143 封装。
