RT9907 是为数码相机和其它电池供电设备准备的三通道电源解决方案，其内部集成了一路非同步升压型 DC-DC 转换器和两路同步降压型 DC-DC 转换器，尤其适用于两节 AA 电池或是锂离子电池供电的场合。</br>它的 3 个 DC-DC 转换器（ CH1, CH2, CH3 ）可接受的输入电压范围为 1.5V-5.5V。通过使用电流模式的控制架构和外部补偿网路，每一路 DC-DC 转换器都具有很好的瞬态回应能力和稳定性。通过将 MOSFET 集成化和工作在 1.4MHz 的工作能力，RT9907 容许实现很低的 BOM 成本和很少的 PCB 空间占用。</br>降压架构的 DC-DC 转换器（ CH2, CH3 ）的输出电压可以低达 0.8V ，它们可以工作在 PWM 、PSM 和低压差直通模式下。当工作在 PWM 模式下时，具有很低 R<sub>DS(ON)</sub> 的内部同步整流电路显著地降低了导通损耗，因而效率可以高达 94%。当正常的 PWM 模式不能获得额定的输出电压时， DC/DC 将因上桥 P-MOSFET 进入常通状态而进入低压差直通模式。在实际应用中不需要使用外部肖特基二极体。</br>RT9907 的每一个通道都具有独立的使能控制输入端和软启动功能，这就容许实现灵活的电源时序控制。完整的保护功能也集成在其中，诸如短路保护、过压保护等一应具全。</br>RT9907 的封装形式是 VQFN-24L 4x4 。
