RT9999A/B是具有高集成度的电源管理IC，内含7路开关模式DC/DC转换器、1路通用线性稳压器、1路常通低耗电线性稳压器、1个能阻止来自备用电池的反向电流的开关和一个包含定时计数器和32789Hz振荡器的即时时钟电路，其目标应用是数码相机。<BR>内含的DC/DC转换器包括1个工作于非同步PFM模式或同步PWM模式的升压电路、一个电流模式同步升压/降压电路（Buck-Boost）、两个同步降压电路、一个供CCD+使用的包含负载开关的同步升压电路、一个供CCD-使用的非同步反相器和一个工作于同步升压模式或定电流模式的WLED驱动器，这些电路都集成了MOSFET功率开关，补偿网路也已内建 。<BR>RT9999A/B含有I<SUP>2</SUP>C介面，可通过它进行上电时序设定、输出电压设定、WLED电流和调光设定，也可通过它获取RTC计数器资讯、对振荡器进行微调。<BR>RT9999A/B具有完备的保护功能设计，其中包括过流保护、欠压保护、过压保护、过热保护和超载保护。<BR>RT9999A/B使用WQFN-40L 5x5封装。
