RTQ1950/RTQ1950A 可为 10V 至 80V 系统提供企业级保护与高效能监控功能，特别适用于 48V/54V 资料中心网路设备等应用。产品具备低于毫秒等级的短路故障响应时间、高解析度可程式化电流限制设定，以及远端温度感测功能，并支援可调式警告与关机温度门槛，以保护及监控关键系统。 RTQ1950/RTQ1950A 内建可程式化 MOSFET 安全操作区域（SOA）保护功能，可精确控制 MOSFET 的最大功率耗散；同时具备 MOSFET 健康状态警告与侦测演算法，即使 MOSFET 处于完全导通状态，仍可持续监控其运作状况。可调式故障计时器（Fault Timer）则可避免误触发，并限制过载事件持续时间。 在监控功能方面，RTQ1950/RTQ1950A 可即时量测功率、电压、电流、温度及故障资讯，并透过 I²C/SMBus 介面，以符合 PMBus 指令架构的方式传送相关资讯。高精度遥测（Telemetry）功能可支援智慧电源管理应用，例如 Intel PROCHOT 输出、电源最佳化以及早期故障侦测。 此外，RTQ1950/RTQ1950A 提供可调式遥测平均功能（Telemetry Averaging）与峰值功率量测功能，可进一步提升系统诊断能力。 RTQ1950/RTQ1950A 与市场上同类型产品脚位完全相容（TSSOP-28 Exposed Pad 封装），同时提供多项性能与功能上的改进优势。 建议接面温度范围为 -40°C 至 125°C。
