RTQ1954 为 10V 至 80V 系统提供企业级保护与高效能监测，例如 48V/54V 资料中心网路设备。对短路故障的 sub-μs 响应、多个可调式高解析度过电流临界值，以及具可调式临界值的远端温度感测，使 RTQ1954 能够保护并监测关键系统 – 包括具宽动态范围暂态负载的系统。选配的可程式化 MOSFET SOA 保护可精准控制最大 MOSFET 功率耗散，而 MOSFET 健康状态演算法即使在 MOSFET 完全增强导通时亦可监测 MOSFET。可调式过电流故障计时器可在动态暂态过载事件期间避免误触发，同时维持对真实过载状况的强固保护。对于监测功能，RTQ1954 可测量即时功率、电压、电流、温度与故障资料，并透过具 PMBus 相容命令结构的 I<sup>2</sup>C/SMBus 介面传送此资讯。精准遥测可实现智慧电源管理功能、功率最佳化与早期故障侦测。RTQ1954 亦透过可调式遥测平均与峰值功率测量，提升系统诊断能力。RTQ1954 采用 TSSOP-28 (Exposed Pad) 封装。建议接面温度范围为 −40°C 至 125°C。
