RTQ1962 是一款可堆叠式 eFuse，整合多项电源元件，可在精巧封装中提供高电流与高电压电路保护。透过简单的外部应用电路，即可防护过载、短路故障、过大涌入电流以及输入过压等情况。启动涌入电流可透过单颗外接电容调整，而启动期间的主动式限流功能搭配内建计时器，可在短路启动情况下提供保护。稳态过电流保护具备遮蔽计时器（Blanking Timer），并搭配快速过电流断开功能，在允许短暂过载通过而不中断系统运作的同时，提供可靠保护。稳态过电流保护阈值可透过 IMON 脚位外接单颗电阻进行设定。RTQ1962 提供快速且高精度的电流监测功能（IMON/ILIM），可支援即时电源管理功能（例如 PSYS 与 PROCHOT），以最佳化堆叠式或独立式 eFuse 应用中的系统效能。此外，MOSFET 健康状态监测与回报功能可支援预测性维护。RTQ1962 已完成 -40°C 至 125°C 接面温度范围的特性验证，并采用 5mm × 6mm 封装，非常适合企业级应用。
