RTQ2103A为支援输入电压至6V，输出电流达2A，内部整合两组MOSFET，控制架构为「先进固定导通时间」(ACOT) 模式操作的同步整流降压型直流转换器。先进固定导通时间的架构操作可在广负载变动与输出电容变化范围内提供良好的暂态响应，并有效降低所需外加的元件数。RTQ2103A支援高达2.7MHz的切换频率以有效减少所需电感与电容的体积，并支援SOP-8 (裸露焊盘) 封装。
