RTQ2105 是高效率的电流模式同步 Buck 转换器，针对车载应用进行了优化，可在 3V-36V 输入电压下工作，具备耐受 42V 抛负载效应的能力，简化了冲击保护的设计要求。其输出电压可在 0.8V-VIN 之间进行调节，静态耗电低，集成了低 R<SUB>DS(ON)</SUB> 的 MOSFET 功率开关，可在很宽的负载范围内维持高转换效率。电流模式控制架构结合简单的外部补偿设计，容许其使用小型电感，具备快速瞬态回应能力和很好的回路稳定性。其工作频率在 300kHz-2200kHz 内可调，容许在选择输出滤波元件时平衡效率和尺寸之间的关系。其最短导通时间非常短，即使在降压比非常高时也能保持恒定的工作频率。在对开关杂讯敏感的应用中，可用 300kHz-2200kHz 的外部时钟信号对其进行同步控制，它还支援选用扩展频谱调制模式以说明系统设计者更好地进行电磁相容性管理。</br>RTQ2105 具有精确的恒流、恒压调节特性，是 USB 供电或超级电容充电的理想选择。在使用长线进行传输的应用中，它可以提供线缆压降补偿，确保在电缆末端也能维持精确的电压调节性能。</br>RTQ2105 具有完备的保护特性，如输入欠压锁定保护、输出欠压保护、过流保护和热关机保护，还有逐周期电流限制保护可应对输出短路状况，另有软起动设计可避免在启动期间出现电流冲击。</br>RTQ2105 的封装形式为 WET-WQFN-24SL 4x4。
