RTQ2106是针对汽车应用开发的高效低耗、电流模式同步Buck转换器，负载能力为3A，可在3V至36V输入电压范围内工作，可抵抗高达42V的抛负载瞬态冲击，使输入端的冲击保护设计得以简化。RTQ2106的可输出电压范围为0.8V至V<SUB>IN</SUB>，静态耗电低，集成了低R<SUB>DS(ON)</SUB>的功率MOSFET，可在很宽的负载范围内获得高效特性。它使用峰值电流控制模式和简洁的内部补偿方式，容许使用小型电感，具有快速的瞬态回应速度和很好的环路稳定性。</br>它具有超低的最短导通时间参数，即使在降压比很高的情形下使用也能保持工作频率稳定不变。对于开关杂讯敏感应用，可在300kHz至2200kHz之间进行外部同步。它内建了扩展频谱调制模式，可说明设计者很好地处理EMC问题。</br>RTQ2106具有完备的保护特性，如输入欠压锁定保护、输出欠压保护、过流保护和过热保护等。它所具有的逐周期过流保护特性可以很好地应对输出短路的情形，还有软起动特性可避免启动期间的输入电流冲击问题。RTQ2106的封装形式为带有外露式焊盘的TSSOP-14。
