RTQ2116A 是将充电埠控制器和 3A 同步 Buck 转换器集成于一体的多功能积体电路。<BR>RTQ2116A 通过在 D+/D- 提供电子签名的方式支援由 USB 2.0 电池充电规范 BC1.2和中国资讯产业部 YD/T 1591-2009标准所定义的充电规格，它可以自动检测并支援以 USB 2.0 电池充电规范 BC1.2 定义的专用充电埠( DCP )、Divider 3 模式和 1.2V 短路模式与使用传统快充模式的移动设备连接以实现电源供应。<BR>RTQ2116A 包含的高效率同步 Buck 转换器具有最大 3A 的负载能力，可在 3V~36V 的输入电压范围内工作，并且具有耐受最高 42V 抛负载冲击的能力。<BR>RTQ2116A 具有恒定电流控制能力，能提供可调的 USB 电流限制，能利用其检测到的电流信号实施 USB 电源输出电压负载线补偿。它具有可选择的扩展频谱调制方式对 EMI 问题进行抑制，具有完备的保护性功能设计以确保能在各种应用条件下的安全和稳定的工作，如逐周期电流限制可对输出短路情形进行保护、软启动可控制启动期间的电流浪涌，另外还有输入欠压锁定保护、输出欠压保护、输出过压保护和过热保护等。<BR>RTQ2116A 适用于使用 USB-A 型埠的应用。<BR>RTQ2116A 可在 T<SUB>J</SUB> = -40°C ~ 125°C 的温度范围内使用，其封装形式为 WET-WQFN-32L 5x5。
