RTQ2118A 结合了充电埠控制器与 3A 同步降压转换器，可为各类 USB 充电应用提供高度整合且完整的电源解决方案。 产品可透过 D+ 与 D− 讯号提供符合 USB 2.0 电池充电规范及中国通讯产业标准的充电识别功能。RTQ2118A 内建自动侦测模式，可支援专用充电埠、Divider 3 模式及 1.2V 短接模式，以相容于多种行动装置的快速充电需求。 RTQ2118A 内建高效率同步降压转换器，可在 3V 至 36V 的宽输入电压范围内提供最高 3A 输出电流，并可承受高达 42V 的负载突波电压，特别适合车用及工业电源应用。 产品具备定电流控制功能，可实现可调式 USB 电流限制，并透过电流感测讯号搭配负载线补偿功能，提供可调整的 USB 输出电压，以改善系统的输出稳定性与充电效能。 RTQ2118A 并提供展频功能选项，可有效降低电磁干扰，同时整合完整的保护机制，以确保在各种工作条件下皆能安全且稳定运作。 保护功能包括逐周期限流保护，可防止输出短路造成损坏；软启动控制则可降低启动期间的输入涌入电流。此外，产品还具备输入欠压锁定保护、输出欠压保护、输出过压保护及过温保护等功能，进一步提升系统可靠性。 RTQ2118A 可支援 USB Type-A 连接埠应用，并采用 WETD VQFN-32L 5mm × 5mm 封装。接面温度规格范围为 -40°C 至 125°C。
