RTQ2158 是负载能力高达 8A 的高性能 ACOT<sup>®</sup> 架构同步 Buck 转换器，可输入电压范围为 2.85V~6.5V，集成有低 R<SUB>DS(ON)</SUB> MOSFET 功率开关、0.6V 高精度参考电压源和自举二极体电路，构成了一个结构紧凑的电源解决方案。</br>RTQ2158 因采用改进型固定导通时间（ACOT<sup>®</sup>）控制架构而具有超快的瞬态回应速度，外部元件数量少，在整个输入、负载和输出电压范围内的稳态工作频率都保持基本恒定，易于进行 EMI 滤波器设计。</br>它具有独立的使能控制输入和 Power Good 指示输出，方便进行时序控制。为便于进行启动期间的冲击电流控制，它带有通过一只外接电容即可进行软启动时间调节的 SS 端子。它还具有完善的保护性设计措施，其中包括逐周期电流限制、欠压保护、输入欠压锁定保护和过热保护功能。其封装形式为热性能良好的 WET-WQFN-21L 4x4 (FC)。
