RTQ2508是具有电流吐纳能力的跟踪型终端调节器，专门针对需要低成本和周边元件数量少的系统而设计。它包含一个可以提供快速瞬态回应能力的高速运算放大器，仅需使用低达10μF x 3的陶瓷输出电容。它支援进行远端检测，具备为符合JEDEC规范的DDR III和低功耗DDR III/DDR IV记忆体VTT汇流排供电所需的所有特性。此外，它还提供开漏输出的PGOOD信号实现对其输出调节状况的监视，提供一个可以在S3状态（RAM挂起）下对VTT进行放电的EN控制信号。</br>RTQ2508采用WDFN-10L 3x3封装形式供货。
