RTQ2510是通过了AEC-Q100 Grade 1认证的高性能低压差正压输出线性稳压器，专为需要输入-输出压差很低、需要很高电源纹波抑制比的应用而设计，负载能力高达1A，可在2.2V至6V输入电压范围内工作，输出最低达0.8V的电压。它使用P-MOSFET为调整管，具有卓越的瞬态回应特性，仅需使用4.7μF的陶瓷输出电容即可稳定工作。通过对使能端的控制可使其进入关机状态，可有效降低其功率损耗。在其NR端外接旁路电容可有效降低其输出杂讯水准。在全输入、输出和整个工作温度范围内，RTQ2510的输出电压都被精确控制在3%的精度范围内。他的封装形式为VDFN-8L 3x3，可在-40°C至125°C范围内工作。
