RTQ2516 是一款高效能正电压稳压器，专为需要超低输入电压与超低压差电压、且电流高达 2A 的应用而设计。它可在低至 1.4V 的输入电压下运作，且输出电压可程式化低至 0.5V。RTQ2516 具备超低压差特性，非常适合输出电压极接近输入电压的应用。此外，RTQ2516 具备启用脚位，可在关断时进一步降低功率耗散。RTQ2516 在线路、负载与温度变化下提供优异的调节性能。RTQ2516 采用 SOP-8 (Exposed Pad) 封装。输出电压可依 FB 脚位配置方式，透过外部分压器设定。建议接面温度范围为 −40°C 至 125°C。
