RTQ2812B 是一款同步降压转换器，可在 3.5V 至 17V 的宽输入电压范围内提供最高 12A 输出电流。装置整合低 RDS(ON) 功率 MOSFET、全工作接面温度范围内精度达 0.6V ±1% 的参考电压，以及用于自举电路的内建二极体，提供高度精简的解决方案。RTQ2812B 采用 Advanced Constant-On-Time（ACOT®）控制架构，可提供优异的瞬态响应能力并减少外部元件数量。在稳态运作下，ACOT® 技术能在不同输入电压、负载及输出电压条件下维持接近固定的切换频率，使 EMI 滤波器设计更为容易。此元件提供多项功能以提升设计弹性，包括可选择的切换频率、电流限制等级及 PWM 操作模式，使 RTQ2812B 能轻松应用于各类设计。另提供独立启用控制输入与 Power-Good 指示讯号，以简化电源时序控制。透过接于 SS 脚位的外部电容，可设定可程式化软启动时间，以控制启动期间的涌入电流。RTQ2812B 具备完整保护机制，包括输入欠压锁定（UVLO）、输出欠压保护（UVP）、输出过压保护（OVP）、过电流保护（OCP）及过温保护（OTP）。RTQ2812B 采用强化散热 WQFN3x4-21T(FC) 封装，建议接面温度范围为 -40°C 至 150°C。
