RTQ2822A/B 是具有 12A 电流负载能力的高性能同步 Buck 转换器，可在 4.5V-17V 输入电压范围内工作，集成有低 R<SUB>DS(ON)</SUB> MOSFET 功率开关、0.6V 高精度参考电压源和自举二极体，可形成非常紧凑的电源解决方案。<BR>RTQ2822A/B 采用 ACOT<sup>®</sup> 改进型固定导通时间控制架构，具有超快速的瞬态回应特性，周边元件少，在整个输入、输出和负载范围内的稳态工作频率几乎恒定不变，易于设计其 EMI 滤波器。<BR>该器件提供众多的功能以实现设计上的灵活性，具有可选择的工作频率、电流限制阈值和 PWM 工作模式，可满足多种不同应用的需求；具有独立的使能控制输入、POWER GOOD 指示输出，方便进行时序控制设计；具有通过一只外接电容即可对软启动过程进行设置的 SS，可有效控制启动期间的电流冲击；具有逐周期电流限制、OVP、UVP、输入欠压锁定和 OTP 等保护功能。<BR>RTQ2822A/B 的封装形式是具有很好热性能的 VQFN-18L 3.5x3.5 (FC)。
