RTQ2963 是适合车辆应用的负载能力为 3.5A、高效率、峰值电流模式控制架构的非同步 Buck 转换器，可在 4V~60V 输入电压范围内工作并具有最高达 65V 的抛负载瞬态过程承受能力，可简化输入冲击保护电路的设计。其输出电压可调范围为0.8V~V<SUB>IN</SUB>，静态耗电低并集成了低 R<SUB>DS(ON)</SUB> 的 MOSFET 上桥开关，可在宽阔的负载范围内获得高转换效率。由于采用周边补偿简单的峰值电流模式控制架构，容许使用小型电感，具有瞬态回应速度快和回路稳定性好的特性。</br>其工作频率在 100kHz~2500kHz 间可调，选择输出滤波元件时可在效率和元件尺寸间进行优化。其最小导通时间很短，即使在降压比很高时也能保持固定的工作频率。在对开关切换杂讯敏感的应用中，可以使用 300kHz~2200kHz 的外部信号对其进行同步操作，其内建的扩展频率调制方式也可说明系统设计师很好地进行电磁相容性管理。</br>RTQ2963 具有完备的保护性功能设计，如输入欠压锁定保护、输出欠压保护、输出过压保护、过流保护和热关机保护等，其逐周期电流限制设计可应对输出端短路等恶劣状况，还有软启动设计可消除启动期间的电流冲击。</br>RTQ2963 使用 WDFN-10L 4x4 和具有外露式散热焊盘的 PSOP-8 封装供货。
