RTQ3700FD 是一款用于 VR (Voltage Regulator) 的全数位 PWM 控制器，并可支援多达四个电源轨。RTQ3700FD 采用立锜专有拓扑，即全数位自适应 PID 补偿回路，以实现快速动态响应与精准 droop 控制。它相容于立锜的 DrMOS (Driver MOS) 及 / 或 SPS (Smart Power Stage)，可提供低功耗且低成本的多相 VR 解决方案。RTQ3700FD 支援弹性相位分配。多相 PWM 触发顺序可透过 PMBus 介面进行程式化设定，有助于主机板设计并降低布局复杂度。RTQ3700FD 采用 SPM (Smart Phase Management) 技术，并具备可程式化电流临界值，可在轻载至满载范围内最佳化系统效率。RTQ3700FD 整合精准 ADC (analog-to-digital converter)，可进行多重讯号遥测，包括系统输入电压、输入功率、每个电源轨的输出电流与温度。晶片内嵌 NVM (Non-Volatile Memory)，可储存多达六组客制化设定。RTQ3700FD 亦支援故障侦测，包括控制器欠压锁定 (UVLO)、VR 输出过压保护 (OVP)、VR 输出欠压保护 (UVP) 与 VR 输出过电流保护 (OCP)。建议接面温度为 −40°C 至 125°C。
