RTQ4550-QT 是一款 6 通道 LED 驱动器，搭配一个 DC-DC 控制器，每个通道可提供 200mA。其电流模式（current-mode）的开关式 DC-DC 控制器支援升压（boost）或 SEPIC 拓扑，操作频率范围为 300kHz 至 2.2MHz。此装置可接受宽范围 3V 至 40V 的输入电压，并可承受车用冷车启动（cold crank）与负载突降（load dump）事件。内建电流汲取器（current sink）提供最高 3.5% 的电流精度与通道间失配控制，以确保每串 LED 具有优异的亮度一致性。RTQ4550-QT 会在运作期间自动侦测并将未连接与/或断线的 LED 串从控制回路中断开，以避免 VLED 过电压。为提供电流汲取器运作所需的足够裕量（headroom），升压控制器会监测 LEDx 脚位的最低电压，并调节最佳化的输出电压以提升电源效率。RTQ4550-QT 具备标准 I<sup>2</sup>C 数位介面，用于功能设定。此外，升压开关频率与 PWMO 频率可透过外部电阻或 I<sup>2</sup>C 介面进行程式化设定。完整的诊断资讯亦可透过 I<sup>2</sup>C 介面取得；当出现异常状况时，装置会送出状态讯号给系统。RTQ4550-QT 提供 38 脚 VDFN 封装，工作温度范围为 −40°C 至 125°C。
