RTQ5760T 是一款简单易用的 1A 同步降压转换器（Synchronous Step-Down Converter），输入电压范围为 2.5V 至 6V。产品内建精准的 0.6V 参考电压，并整合低导通电阻（RDS(ON)）功率 MOSFET，可在 SOT-563（FC）小型封装中实现高转换效率。 RTQ5760T 采用先进固定导通时间控制（Advanced Constant On-Time，ACOT®）架构，仅需少量外部元件即可提供超快速暂态响应，并能在输入电压、负载及输出电压变化范围内维持近乎固定的开关频率。RTQ5760T 采用自动省电模式（PSM），可在轻载条件下维持优异效率。 RTQ5760T 可同时侦测高侧与低侧 MOSFET 电流，以提供可靠的过电流保护功能。产品具备逐周期限流保护（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit Protection），可防止输出短路、过电流或电感饱和等状况对系统造成严重损害。 此外，内建软启动（Soft-Start）功能可有效抑制启动时的涌入电流。产品亦整合输入欠压锁定保护（UVLO）、输出欠压保护（UVP）及过温保护（OTP），确保各种操作条件下均能安全稳定运作。 建议接面温度范围为 -40°C 至 125°C。
