RTQ5765A/RTQ5765B 是一款同步降压开关稳压器（Synchronous Buck Switching Regulator），输入电压范围为 2.5V 至 5.5V，可提供最高 3A 的输出电流，且输出电压可调整至高于 0.6V 的范围。 RTQ5765A/RTQ5765B 采用先进固定导通时间控制（Advanced Constant On-Time，ACOT®）架构，可快速且稳定地调节输出电压，特别适合负载变化快速的应用。ACOT® 架构能有效减少外部元件数量，简化设计流程并降低整体系统成本，使 RTQ5765A/RTQ5765B 成为兼具高效率与经济效益的电源管理解决方案。 本产品提供独立的使能控制（EN）输入脚位及 Power Good 状态指示讯号，便于进行电源时序控制。此外，为了控制启动期间的涌入电流，产品支援透过 SS 脚位外接电容来实现可程式化软启动功能，确保平顺且受控的上电过程。 RTQ5765A/RTQ5765B 内建完整保护功能，包括输入欠压锁定保护（UVLO）、输出欠压保护（UVP）、输出过压保护（OVP）、过电流保护（OCP）及过温保护（OTP），可提升系统可靠性并避免异常状况造成损害。此外，产品具备逐周期限流保护（Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit Protection），可有效保护短路输出状况。 RTQ5765A/RTQ5765B 采用小型 SOT-583（FC）封装，可提供更高的设计弹性与空间节省优势，适用于各类系统设计。 建议接面温度范围及环境温度范围均为 -40°C 至 125°C。
