RTQ7880A-QT 是将 USB-C 型埠控制器、PD 协议处理器、Buck-Boost 控制器和众多功能集成在一起的积体电路，可以作为 USB PD 电源供应器来使用。它内置ARM Cortex™-M0 MCU，可完成各种不同协议的收发处理，完成 Buck-Boost 转换器的智慧控制，实现各种保护功能和用户指定的功能。它所实现的保护功能均以硬体为基础，可进行电感峰值电流限制、VBUS 过压保护、输出欠压保护、VCONN电流限制等等，响应速度快，即使在 MCU 不活动时也能实施保护动作。用它形成的 USB-PD 供电端解决方案功能完善、性能卓越、周边元件少，PCB 设计简单、容易。
