RTQ7892B-QT 是一款 USB Type-C Power Delivery（USB PD）及 PWM 降升压转换器，内建低侧 MOSFET，专为 USB PD 供电端应用提供高度整合的功能与设计弹性。此 IC 内嵌 ARM Cortex-M0 MCU，可处理通讯协定、PWM 转换器智慧控制、韧体式保护机制及客制化功能等多项任务。此外，晶片亦具备硬体式保护功能，包括电感峰值电流限制、VBUS 过压保护（VBUS OVP）、VIN 欠压保护（VIN UVP）、VIN 过压保护（VIN OVP）、输出欠压保护（VO UVP）及 VCONN 过电流保护，即使 MCU 尚未启动，保护功能仍可快速且可靠地运作。RTQ7892B-QT 以极少的外部元件及简洁的 PCB 布局，即可提供完整且优异的 USB PD 供电解决方案。RTQ7892B-QT 采用 WQFN7x7-62 封装。建议接面温度范围为 -40°C 至 150°C，环境温度范围为 -40°C 至 125°C。
