RTQ8307-QT 是一款 48 通道高精度定电流 LED 驱动器，内建 12 位元 PWM 控制功能，专为 LED 背光局部调光应用而设计。产品整合 48 组独立且具弹性的 PWM 产生器，可提供独立的 12 位元 PWM 亮度控制，同时支援各通道 LED 电流调节，以实现精细的区域亮度控制效果。 RTQ8307-QT 内建一组高精度 8 位元全域电流设定器，用于设定 LED 峰值电流。此外，每个通道皆配备独立的 8 位元数位电流调整器，可针对各区域提升或降低 LED 电流，特别适用于高动态范围显示应用，以获得更佳的画面对比与亮度表现。 每个定电流汲入通道最高可提供 60mA 电流，且可透过内部暂存器设定于 5mA 至 60mA 范围内调整。RTQ8307-QT 能为各通道提供高达 ±2% 的电流精度，确保背光亮度均匀一致。 产品支援局部调光与全域调光功能，各通道 PWM 产生器可独立设定占空比、周期及延迟时间，提供高度弹性的背光控制能力。 此外，RTQ8307-QT 内建动态余裕控制功能，可向 DC-DC 电源控制回路提供回授讯号，动态调整输出电压，在满足 LED 驱动需求的同时提升整体系统效率。 RTQ8307-QT 亦提供 LED 开路与短路保护功能。当任一通道发生开路或短路异常时，故障指示脚位将输出异常讯号，并自动关闭对应通道，以防止系统进一步受损并提高可靠性。 RTQ8307-QT 采用 WQFN-72L 8mm × 8mm 封装。建议接面温度范围为 -40°C 至 150°C，环境温度范围为 -40°C 至 125°C。
