RT1987 提供理想二極體反向電流阻斷功能，具備低正向壓降以及可用於斷開控制的使能輸入。其 3.4V 至 32V 的輸入工作範圍及 8A 連續電流額定值，使其非常適合多埠 USB-C Sink 電流應用。此外，本產品具備 40V 絕對最大額定值（AMR）、20A 峰值電流能力（最長 10ms）、欠壓鎖定（UVLO）、過壓保護（OVP）以及過溫保護（OTP）功能。可調式軟啟動電路可設定輸出電壓上升速率，並管理大電容負載的湧入電流。在此期間亦提供短路保護功能，而內建 MOSFET 可實現低正向壓降及高安全工作區域（SOA）性能。RT1987 採用 VDFN-12T1L 3x3 封裝，接面溫度工作範圍為 -40°C 至 125°C。
