RT2859 是一款 650kHz、3A 同步降壓穩壓器，內建功率開關與同步整流器。其採用先進的 ACOT®（Advanced Constant On-Time）控制架構，可提供快速瞬態響應，並能在搭配小容量陶瓷輸出電容的情況下維持穩定運作，無需複雜的外部補償電路。輸入電壓範圍為 4.5V 至 18V，輸出電壓可在 0.765V 至 7V 之間調整。專有的 ACOT® 控制技術相較於其他快速響應定導通時間架構具有更佳性能，能在不同輸入電壓、負載及輸出電壓條件下維持近乎固定的開關頻率。由於無內建時脈產生器，因此對負載瞬變的響應幾乎即時，電感電流可迅速提升以維持輸出穩壓，無需使用大容量輸出電容。RT2859 專為陶瓷輸出電容最佳化設計，並具備穩定運作能力。內建 70mΩ 高側開關及 70mΩ 同步整流器，使其在各種應用中都能展現優異效率，特別適用於低輸出電壓及低占空比應用。產品還提供逐週期電流限制、輸入欠電壓鎖定（UVLO）、可外部調整軟啟動、輸出欠電壓保護、輸出過電壓保護及過溫關機保護，確保各種工作條件下皆能安全穩定運作。RT2859A 與 RT2859B 均採用帶散熱焊盤的 WQFN-16L 3mm × 3mm 封裝，其中 RT2859B 即使在輕載時仍維持連續切換模式，以避免低頻干擾；而 RT2859A 則在輕載時採用省電的不連續導通模式，以提升效率。
