RT3606是IMVP8相容的CPU電源控制器，包括兩個電壓軌：一個核心VR 3/2/1相同步降壓控制器，和AXG VR 2/1相位同步降壓控制器。RT3606採用了立錡專有的、基於有限直流增益補償器的EA放大器電流模式控制的G-NAVP™ (Green-Native AVP) 控制技術，使之容易設置下垂以滿足 Intel AVP（Active Voltage Positioning, 動態電壓定位）。在G-NAVP™架構的基礎上，RT3606還具有在負載瞬態快速反應機制，以優化AVP性能，支援在不同操作狀態下的模式轉換功能。它集成了一個串列 VID串列VID (SVID)介面內置於RT3606與 Intel IMVP8相容的CPU進行通訊，以快、慢和自然變化三種不同的電壓/電流 變動率支援 VID 運行中改變功能。借助 G-NAVP™架構的支援，其工作頻率可隨著 VID、負載和輸入電壓的變化而變化，即使處於 CCM 狀態下，其效率也能得到最大化的提升。此外，CCRCOT (Constant Current Ripple COT)技術的 G-NAVP™在整個輸入/輸出範圍提供優越的輸出電壓漣波。內建的高精度 DAC 將 SVID 編碼轉換為 0.25V~1.52V 電壓，其間級差為 5mV，內部整合的高精度 ADC 可用於進行快速回應觸發閾值或過流閾值之類的基礎設定。此外，設定功能也支援這兩軌地址交換。RT3606提供了 VR 準備好信號輸出，具有如過壓保護、欠壓保護、負壓保護、過流保護和欠壓鎖定之類的保護功能。其封裝為WQFN-48L 6x6。
