RT3628 是符合 Intel IMVP9.1 規範、支援 2 個輸出的同步 Buck 控制器，採用立錡專有的以有限直流增益誤差放大器為基礎之電流控制模式的 G-NAVP<SUP>™</SUP> (Green Native AVP) 控制架構，具有易於設定符合 Intel CPU AVP（Adaptive Voltage Positioning, 自我調整電壓定位）需求之電壓隨載下降參數的特性，可在負載瞬變和輸出電容很少的情況下以全新的快速回應機制帶來優化的 AVP 性能。它集成有可用於 ICCMAX、工作頻率、過流限制閾值和自我調整快速回應觸發閾值等平臺和功能設定的高精度 ADC，提供了 VR Ready 和過熱指示，具有過壓保護、欠壓保護、過流保護和欠壓鎖定保護等完善的故障保護功能，支援通過 I<SUP>2</SUP>C 介面對熱平衡、動態負載線、電壓偏移量、固定 VID、保護資訊和狀態及電流/PSYS/溫度等資訊進行存取和設定。建議結面溫度範圍為-40°C 至 125°C。
