RT3661 是一款雙輸出 PWM 控制器，內建 2 組整合式驅動器，並符合 AMD SVI2 電壓調節器規範，可同時支援 CPU 核心（VDD）與 CPU 北橋（VDDNB）供電。RT3661 採用 CCRCOT（Constant Current Ripple Constant On-Time，定電流漣波定導通時間）搭配 G-NAVP（Green-Native AVP），這是立錡的專有拓撲。G-NAVP 使控制器能更容易設定，以滿足 AMD AVP（Adaptive Voltage Positioning）對 VDD/VDDNB 的各項需求。透過設定誤差放大器的直流增益即可輕鬆程式化下垂（droop）。在適當補償下，負載瞬態響應可達到最佳化的 AVP 表現。此控制器亦使用介面發出 VOTF Complete，並傳送以數位編碼的電壓與電流數值，供 VDD/VDDNB 供電域使用。RT3661 可於二極體模擬（diode emulation）模式下運作，以提升輕載效率，並可透過腳位設定提供電流增益調整能力。RT3661 提供 Power Good 指示、熱警示（VRHOT_L），並具備完整的故障保護功能，包括過電流、過電壓與欠電壓保護。
