RT3678 是能完全滿足 AMD SVI3 規格需求的雙輸出同步 Buck 控制器，採用立錡獨有的以有限直流增益誤差放大器為基礎的電流模式控制的 G-NAVP<sup>TM</sup> 控制架構，易於設定符合 AMD CPU/GPU AVP（Adaptive Voltage Positoning，自我調整電壓定位）需要的電壓隨載下降幅度，具有全新的 AQR 自我調整快速回應機制對負載瞬變期間的 AVP 性能進行優化，降低了對輸出電容的要求。它採用高精度 ADC 對需要上報的信號進行高精度採樣，使用非動態記憶體對使用者配置資料如輸出電流幅度、自動增減相數的閾值、工作頻率、過流保護閾值和 AQR 觸發閾值等進行保存，具有包括過壓、欠壓、過流、輸入欠壓閉鎖、過熱保護和過熱警告、CRC 校驗及通訊失敗等故障情況下的完整保護措施，具有獨立的使能、Power Good 指示和對各個輸出通道的溫度檢測，許多功能都可通過 I<sup>2</sup>C 介面進行設定。建議結面溫度範圍為 -40°C 至 125°C。
