RT4720是整合了三個DC-DC轉換器的AMOLED用電源IC，含有2組升壓電路和一組反相電路，分別為AMOLED顯示器提供其需要的正負電壓。<BR>於可擕式應用而言，板面空間和效率總是處於關注的焦點上，高頻工作的RT4720容許使用低感量的電感器以實現板面空間的節約。它的負壓輸出和AVDD輸出電壓是可由MCU通過單線 (SWIRE引腳) 通訊來進行程式控制的，輸出負壓的範圍為-1.4V至-5.4V，AVDD輸出電壓的範圍是5.8V至7.9V。它還具有OTP、SCP、UVLO和過流保護功能，使用了WQFN-16L 3x3封裝。
