RT4731是將一個Boost轉換器、兩個線性穩壓器（分別提供AVDD和VOP輸出）及生成正壓和負壓輸出的電荷泵集成於一體的AMOLED偏置電源IC，其負壓輸出可用SWIRE介面協定以100mV為級差在-0.6V~-2.4V間進行調節。它通過使用可自動進行模式轉換的-0.33x/-0.5x分壓電荷泵實現轉換效率的最大化，具有2.9V~4.8V的輸入電壓範圍，負載能力高達30mA，是單節鋰離子電池供電條件下的理想選擇。其封裝形式為UBGA-21B 1.82x3.23。
